*Flawed* Green Decorative Wall Plate 3 Teeth

This original ceramic character ornamental plate was handmade in Scotland. 
This plate is intended as a decorative element for indoors or outdoors and is not recommended for use with food due to raised areas being delicate and hard to clean. On the back of each plate is a wire hook for easy hanging. 
 
This plate is reduced in price due to a small chip of kiln shelf stuck to the glaze. 
 
Blobs are colourful creatures that come in all shapes and sizes. This blob was made using pinch-pot, slip casting and sculpting techniques. It was then dried and bisque fired to 1000 degrees C. After cooling it was hand-painted with coloured underglazes, then dipped in a transparent glaze and fired to 1223 degrees C.
